Sandy Springs, Georgia
Sandy Springs mixes wooded ranch and split-level streets with apartment and condo buildings along Roswell Road and near the Perimeter. Tool Box Pros handles the repairs and installs both kinds of home need, priced before we start.
Sandy Springs homes
Much of Sandy Springs' single-family housing went up in the decades after the 1950s, on lots shaded by tall pines and hardwoods, and plenty of those ranches and split-levels still have original interior doors, trim and light fixtures. Closer to Roswell Road, the Perimeter and the Chattahoochee, a large share of homes are apartments, condos and townhomes. Our office sits on Dunwoody Place, so the city is close to home for us.
Shade and humidity keep exterior wood and caulk damp, so weatherstripping wears out, door bottoms swell and sealant around windows and doors fails sooner than you might expect. Inside, the common list is drywall patches, doors that drag on the carpet or no longer latch, and older fixtures and fans ready to be replaced.
Many condo and townhome communities set the hours when contractors may work and ask for notice before a visit. Tell us your building's rules when you book and we schedule around them, Monday through Saturday from 8AM to 6PM. Move-in and move-out repair lists are a good fit for one visit.
