Light fixture & ceiling fan replacement · Atlanta & Metro Atlanta, GA
We take down a dated light fixture or ceiling fan and put up the new one in the same spot, on the electrical box and wiring that are already there. This is a like-for-like swap only: running a new circuit, adding wiring or switches, or any panel work is for a licensed electrician, and we do not offer it.
What we do
Every job on this list replaces something already wired in place; none of it adds a new circuit or a new run of cable.
Flush mounts, semi-flush lights, pendants and chandeliers swapped onto the existing box. Heavier chandeliers get their support checked before they go up.
An old fan swapped for a new one, or a ceiling light replaced with a fan where the box is already rated to carry one. Blades are balanced so the fan runs without wobble.
Bathroom vanity bars, wall sconces and hallway lights replaced in their existing positions. We line the new fixture up with the mirror or trim so it sits centered.
How we work
Send a photo of the current fixture and a link to the new one, and mention the ceiling height. We tell you if it looks like a straight swap, give a free estimate and agree the price.

The breaker is switched off and the wires tested before anything is touched. If the box is loose, not rated for a fan, or the wiring needs more than a swap, we stop and tell you it is a job for a licensed electrician.

The new fixture or fan goes up, the power comes back on, and we test the light, the switch and every fan speed. The old fixture and the packaging go with us.

Why homeowners choose us
We keep this service to replacements on wiring that is already in place, and we say so before the visit, not halfway through it.

The quote
Each swap is quoted from the fixture you are taking down and the one going up. The estimate is free, and the price is agreed before any work starts.
Good to know
Have a question about your job? Call or text (770) 746-7207 and we'll talk it through with you before you book anything.
No. A new location means new wiring and often a new circuit, which is work for a licensed electrician. We only replace fixtures and fans at a box that is already wired and in use.
Only when the existing box is rated to hold a fan and is firmly fixed to the framing. A fan is heavier and moves, so if the box cannot carry it we will tell you before we start.
No panel work, no new switches or outlets, and no new circuits. If any of that comes up, please call a licensed electrician; we will not take it on.
